It is not necessary to return the product to be eligible for a refund. Just inform our customer service within five days of receiving the product at choose@yixiy.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, they can advise you to consider giving the product to a friend or family member who may enjoy it. This way is environmentally friendly, saves time and money.

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This policy applies to a maximum of three bottles purchased in one order. We will ensure no further products are shipped to you.
